I've felt that burn over the years you just had to work through that. A know its a b*****d. But after time it gets better just like in the gym. I've got a couple of them bands here from temu. Did some sets on biceps few days ago. Could feel them next day. 4 sets of about 40 reps. Back before 2017 i was curling 27kg bumbells. It's one of them after time you'll get used too it. Look at my man you've been out with. If you an him was on the land. But not together. But set off at same time. You'd be seeing him in the distance wouldn't you. Lol You know that. That's years of doing the same thing. Your body adapts.

i cant knock him hes as fit as a fiddle imagine been close to sixty  and been able to do it my 9 year old daughter couldnt shake him off and  she will run all day lol 

no mate he isnt leaving me as such but he will run about i aint at that fitness

but ask him ill keep up walking 

you dont have 4 dogs capable a running 5 feb you aint been sat on the couch mate lol

Just for crack I'm going to get out next weekend on some big land. Al record an set time on my smart watch plus the date. Just for laugh. An show you a video of the land an map where I've been. Really shouldn't do it. Because that's leaving a trace for filth but a will do it. Just to prove a point mate. Shut some of these up once an for all. Like a said I've no need too lie. Back in day a was hungry for it. Nearly f****d my relationship up. Because it was all about me an f**k family life. Most nights out with bull whippet. Out on a weekend. Fishing , you've got to meet them in the middle or it doesn't work. But when your young an that's all you know. Then get in a relationship its hard lol. Them who say it's not are lieing.

Anyone can have a coursing dog an sit on the couch most days. An then get the dogs on the land out of a motor mate we both now that. Some let the dogs go then drive upto them or keep up in the motor. A know lads that had bull xs one a big fat c**t. That would just throw dog out of back window lol

It's better to take kids with you. My eldest lad used to love it. Youngest would stay with our lass in motor. Many a times she'd kick off. But then my youngest would kick off for a mcds breakfast. So that was it she'd take me through so that I didn't have motor sat about. My eldest lads just past his test so he's on about buying a little run about for us too go fishing in. So I'm onto him to get us out. Are lass won't let me take new motor. Like a tit I've spoke out loud when reading lads on google motors taken an fines. So she's like you can get f****d. I've just mentioned Sunday lol. Al work her to get me over. . Am not taking anyone to this land mate f**k that. If it's like it was back in day it should be lifting. Alot stay in cover on edges of the land at this place. Last time a went it had some signs hammered to trees saying keep off the land. So some c**ts been on an been clocked by farmer or keepers. I'm on first thing then off. A don't stay about till after 12. Sundays alot like a sleep in. So not alot of public first thing. I'm risking going it might be on top to f**k now. If you've said maltons red hot then it maybe here.

Yeah getting it on the land as much as you can. Few late evenings pacing at side of push iron. Just to keep the dogs stretching out to try preventing injuries for when you're on the land. But still the dogs can get knocked up. Your out mate that's the main thing. An you won't go far wrong with my man. He'll get you the runs.

Not only that he's got loads of permission hasn't he so your not too bad with him. You can go deep in onto the land without looking over your shoulders. Has he taken you on some land. Or have you brought up the land for him to run with you mate. He's one of them he won't want people knowing where he runs. Lol.

mine are fit now mate its running in the  day or a few bits on the lamp i dont walk them now ill run 2 walk the other 2 round block alternate daily and kids will take them for a walk oldest sometime goes out local

That's it mate showing them the runs putting them behind something makes them fit. Like a said he's out most days. So if he's got a decent dog kenneled an lads are running him that are out just a couple of times a week. There f****d lol. They may aswel give him the pesta there and then. An if he doesn't know them nodoubt he'll talk down his dog. To put them under false hope . Something most of us would do.  It's all mind games in this game. Nobody's going to want to run a dog that they know they won't beat. Unless there fools an love giving hand outs. Lol.
