I'm no disputing you don't walk that distance but your no doing it anywhere near close to an hour and a bit ya mad man lol

A said an hour to two depending. Like tonight I've not done the full 9 miles. Around 7 miles. Like a said mate I've no need to lie. A walk all over even though we've got a motor. A would much rather walk. People get lazy when having vehicles. See it daily they'll jump in motor to go around to local shop. Right am going new series on channel 5 Murder suspect No 1. A know al be back in an hour an they'll be some still on here

Your still no doing 9 mile in 2 hour unless your running even 2 and a half hours and you'd struggle

A had health problems in 2017 it's now 2025. A was f****d for a good 18 months afterwards. So nearly two years.  But never got that spark to continue like a was back then with the dogs. A went out a few times but wasn't fit enough to run the land an keep up with the dogs coursing. He needs to read up about duodenum ulcers an % of survival from that. I'm very lucky to be here. That's why I'm out walking most days. Not only that before the ulcer burst a was in gym daily fit so can happen to anyone. I ended up with PTSD. f***ing nightmares. I think that guy must have got loads of stick in army how he comes across. But credit too him for serving the country. But thinks every c**ts a lier. Like a said I've no need too lie.

Little steps lol You see these Sunday walkers on canal side like f***ing snail's walking. My wifes like a pakki wife 100 yards behind on a family walk .I'm having to stop sometimes on a walk for her to catch up. Even my 15 year old lads said were having to catch up with you. I've got a decent stride small steps are for toddlers. Lol
