i don’t get you mate ?

i don’t  think about breeding as in i’ve 4 dogs 2 are 6 so still another year or 2 day good then younger ones i don’t need to breed or more dogs lol

A can read that. You lost me with not wanting to breed then dropping straight into the guy running one. But it's how you've worried it doesn't make sense

No better feeling than bringing a dog on from a pup...giving them a spin at 10/11 month old and  watching it take it's first rabbit/fox/deer etc...no drug comes close Neck😔

A pic of a few dogs owned by London lads in the past. The white bitch was the litter sister to the great grand dam to lucky the dark destroyer i believe. The brindle bitch was a fx saluki greyhound.

First dog chris smiths sally regular 6/6 dog    second dog chris smiths tess beat most dogs in the country sadly lost a match in her old age to one nuttals dogs    the rest are sal

Listen none of them give 100 yard slips. Some of matches are f****d off with arguments over slips. Best way is not letting any c**t see your dog run or talk about it. I've had many pull me over when out walking dogs. A just say there f****d through injury. Lol. You don't want anyone knowing what your kennelling.

you could leave kennel open and lead on the gate come back the lead be gone kennel locked with the dog in it lol

I'm not talking about the dog you was running with today out of lucas. I'm talking about lucas himself killing big numbers. A chap I know said he had a match with him back in day. His bitch was some bitch twister she was same. He did two mating with her to scouser. I had a dog pup f***ing nightmare chewed my kennels. On a morning shite all over its feet jumping up when a went into galv runs. f***ing pups lol.

Do you ever get the feeling Jim could be ghost writing for you?

Incidentally I bet Galileo wouldn't get a look in were you to skim the ditch waterways aboard this

Talking to an old mate last night at the pub, he's now breeding labs and is now in to trials, he's won a few. He sold one of his bitches for 30k and been offered 40k for another bitch but turned the offer down. He's done well with them, a working class poacher mixing with the toffs. Lol

Remember 25 years ago a well known coursing man from Rotherham paying thousands for a couple of hare dogs off kipper and my mate drawing with one out of his lurcher bred down from Tommy Mcphees small whippet types though he let the lad go through to the foley 2000 as they were running to get through to that meet. I have recently heard rumours of a well known coursing traveller family paying thousands for an hare dog though I don't know if it's the same dog Chartpolski is talking about.

But many in the know still claim long slips are no different to kick ups, that's a load of bollocks, the hares might not always kick on until they close down but the dog still has to cover the ground and make up for the 100yd it's giving way.

I agree with you mate a dog with a good mouth can make short work of a kick up especially on plow or rapeseed. An hare that gets up on plow a distance away is trying its hardest to get off that plow to get on better going.
