comanche 3,024
Has anyone noticed the number of cheap copies of the Goodnature trap that have started appearing? Some are even being advertised as "Goodnature" despite having only tell- tail Chinese writing on them . Edited November 3, 2024 by comanche 1 Quote Link to post

Yeh . One of my customers is in the garden machinery business . Out of interest he once showed a Stihl chainsaw to a Chinese gentleman at a trade fair . After making a phone call the Chinaman announced that with a minimum order of one pallet he could supply copies of the saw for £38 each including shipping! I wonder how the Goodnature copycats fit with Ebay's rules on fake goods. I suppose if they do get banned from the Bay of Temptation there are plenty of other selling sites. 1 Quote Link to post

I used to import specialist "tents" used to grow indoor flowers, used to get them from the shenzhen SEZ just over the border from HK,they were fakes rip-offs of bud box tents,I made a decent profit. You can't chase a copyright counterfeiter in China, they don't give a f*ck.If ebay stops selling them there's a dozen Chinese trading sites goodnature clones will be on. One version goes by the name Black Bison but there are a few others at half the BB price. 1 Quote Link to post
techworm 22
In my opinion the Gn24 trap is not a cost effective rat trap for the UK. It is an effective mouse trap albeit a very expensive one. The Chinese copies are cheaper and kill mice effectively. 1 Quote Link to post
