Lost one of mine Django at 18 months to lymphoma killed me for months was just turning into some dog maturing out. A chap a used to see walking his lab lost his few months ago. He still does the same walk each morning. A was gutted for him been doing that same walk for over 13 years with the dog. He's on about getting another but wifes not happy lol. A said in a polite way f**k her. Did she walk the dog ? Who did the dog sit with you or her lol. He started laughing. Jealous. Cracked him up. True though. You can tell a dog owt an it won't answer back or shit on you like human beings. A chap did this drawing on here might be able to do you a nice one for wall Tony good price worth every penny. 5 Quote Link to post

My old lad reached his sell by date three weeks ago at 15 . More like a reliable ,ever present friend than just a dog . We had fun and l think he had a good life. That makes it easier but the buggers do leave gap when they go . Edited November 1 by comanche 9 Quote Link to post

She lived to 16 good age when they get to that. And just pass away in their sleep. Wasn't much wrong with her to look at her either. She used to make me laugh because we'd both be up at my grandfathers allotments. You could Hear my grandmother mother shouting ( Peter ) that bloody dog of yours is back home. A lady who lived over road from them lived at the back of my grandfathers plot. She used to come to back fence of allotments shouting peter pearl says that bloody dog of yours is back home. She'd sit at front door sunning it up gate wide open wouldn't move even when people went past with their dogs. My grandparents are garden proud too. An she would step one foot on garden. She was a great dog. Quote Link to post

Best dog I've owned would take anything infront of him. When a mean anything a mean anything. A nearly lost him on a night out. When a big old black an grey barrel was stomping down this field. Even after turning lamp off. A just heard this screaming from both parties. No good when your a stone throw away from farm yard. Crazy because my pal had a big bull x was soft as shit. But this little 20 inch dog would fire into anything. Quote Link to post
