Anyone who agrees with his imprisonment needs to watch the documentary, its shocking how hes being treated.

Part of me thinks , yeah , I get it , the worlds against him, I fully back his sentiments .

also , he must have some part of idiot in him to keep putting himself into situations where he allows himself to be put away .

Its an hard one for him mate, He stuck up for the pupils who the Syrian lad had accused of bullying and racial discrimination,  and was subsequently taken to court and lost for doing this, The lad was awarded £100.000 in damages, He made the documentary "Silenced"  in response to that court case, The documentary allows people to come to there own conclusion as to what the truth was, Hate no Hope who funded the Syrian lads civil case then went to court and obtained an injunction stopping Tommy from releasing it. 4 years later it was released in America, Again Hate note Hope compiled a file of evidence and passed it to the attorney general for the Labour party, He went to court and a contempt of court notice was issued against Tommy for the video being released. As far a Tommy and his legal team were concerned, No notice was served on him so there was no case to answer, I believe this is the reason he showed the film at the rally in July, Thinking again that the case would be thrown out of court due to the papers never being served upon him. The upcoming case next month on Terrorism charges is mental. Again this case, if followed through will hinge on technicalities, Mainly him being a journalist and not having to give the authorities his pin number when asked to even when question under the act.
