Just thought I'd mention this mate incase you wasn't aware but apparently mixing a banana in with your blueberries can reduce the amount of flavanoids your body absorbs from the berries. It got brought up on a podcast I had on recently. It could be bollocks mate i don't know and I personally wouldn't really over think it too much.. just thought it was worth a mention that's all..

Seen that Jeff cavalier talking about that, the other day.

He recommends just eating banana at a different time.
