Green St is just behind South London in the gentrification stakes thats all.....maybe the fact the crime figures in them areas are just as bad as ever tells you its like putting a mink coat on an old brass and pretending shes gone up in the world ! Tbh I've Ive spent a fair bit of time over them areas of South since the early 90s.Clubbing,partying,DJing and have never found it any sketchier than any other areas in In any big city.And since they've pumped a bit of money into them areas there's plenty of nice spots to eat and drink before you go and see a band etc now.
