Great to listen his endless racing tails. Some career he's had too. Like I said earlier.. I've got a lot of respect for the man. Interesting to note that he mentioned he's a big supporter of hunting and bullfighting but wouldn't let any of his yards riders take 'stick' out with them! Only the jockeys under license are allowed to take out onto the gallops. I played a another video of him being interviewed straight after and he was telling the exact same stories!! Lol.. Do you like a bit of racing @low plains drifter??

For me it's so much easier than watching your calories...or eating real clean bodybuilding food like chicken broccoli rice.. As I write this I'm downing a home made protein shake...3 ingredients...3 raw eggs..half pint of milk..250g no fat Greek yogurt...over 50 gram of protein

It's good listening to people that have something worth listening to, I've never had anything do with horse racing, but one of my first jobs was working at Brough Park kennels with the greyhounds, and I've always been interested in fitness and conditioning

What's the best protein powder to mix with milk for a quik drink i only have time for at work. I have been buying those 25 ufit protein drinks from the shop that cost £2.30 on a daily basis and was thinking about making some up for myself to take to work as it's a fast paced job and if I don't have one of them drinks I feel drained at the end of the shift. Don’t bother with it mate sugary shit made in a lab and they are mainly low calorie anyway. Use some oats blended smooth and a tea spoon of coco powder if you don’t like the oats taste. full fat milk oats banana even better

I'm not against the fat...and I sometimes just eat the yogurt as it is...and the more fat in it the better it tastes

Must admit I like those...but I've not had one since I started this path...and as lurcherman said loads of sugar... Personly I wouldn't bother with powdered protein drinks ...just make one up at home in the blender....take it with you...myself I do 3 raw eggs...250g of Greek yogurt half pint of milk....that's it nothing to sweeten it no fruit ...I promise you can't taste the eggs..just tastes like creamy milk...of course you could add stuff as lurcherman suggests... As far as the commercial powders go i wouldn't really know what's best...However I did see a video a year two back of Eddie hall who was sponsored by My protein ..he has a tour of there factory...so perhaps they are worth a go.... But for my them protein powders just make me fart like f**k 1
