Cool thing about my company is if the pilot or captain thinks your ready they'll let you start driving the boat some. Under direct supervision of course. Not sure how I feel about doing this for 8hr a day though. My pilots been trying to convince me to get into the steersman program.Is a nice lil change of pace though.

Great stuff mate, my grandad was a sailor but never really talked about it. It's a career path which I regret not doing.
