Listening to this shit on the news just breaks me, there ain’t no complicated or clever reasons about any of this……it’s really f***ing simple ! Politicians we elected have turned the country into

Translation. Mr Waltjnr is of the confirmed opinion that the two twelve year old boys who murdered a man using a  machete should serve more than 8 years incarceration. However Mr Waltjnr also believes

Let me give you a first hand experience; Woodga, LDR and myself were walking between rabbiting permission’s and the police stopped us and searched us and issued us with notices”suspected of poach

You carry a legal tool, not an illegal weapon, I know that's hard to comprehend but I just thought I'd remind you. Lol

Correct! Theoretically, you can be sentenced to four years for a first offence of carrying a bladed instrument. And more time for actually using a knife or for a second offence.

The honourable member for Geordieland is correct. You can be sentenced for carrying a Swiss army knife. This has actually happened.

I find , that whenever I am bent on horrific post code violence, it is safer to carry my bladed instrument in a tool box in the boot of my car. This virtually eliminates me from prosecution.

Sentences for knife possession ( 50000 prosecutions last year) tend to be dealt with too leniently imo. Basically the jails are full of old ladies sentenced to two years in prison for a shocked rant on social media concerning the stabbing  of three children.

The honourable member for Ireland and racial equality believes black skin possessed by young men is the determining factor behind knife crime.

However, myself, the dishonourable member for Salford, am  more inclined to believe that multiple deprivation( poverty) is the main cause of  youth violence. The stats  show that high levels  crime occurs in the least wealthy of London boroughs. This is true worldwide. Inequality breeds crime. The more equal a society the less violence exists. Check it out .

I hear many say,not for the first time, that I am talking  shit. That many of us experienced poverty and did not tuck machetes down our pants. But when a whole sub culture glorifies crime and even have their own rap ( crap) music indoctrinating them into carrying  blades and guns, then blood on pavements is inevitable.

Glasgow used to be the murder capital of Europe. There was no black skin there. Poverty and gang culture was the problem there as well. But they shook off that tag with efforts from all sorts of people.

Google it if you are interested.

Sssshhh, what rubbish, nothing to do with poverty and  gang culture,  it's everything to do with 3rd world people behaving like 3rd world people, it's in their DNA to carry a knife and stab someone!

And you can fcuk off with stop & search, unless it's for a darkie then I'm all for it!

Any man should be able to carry a knife wherever they like as long as they pass the tan test, 2 weeks in Turkey and you're borderline!

A CARAVANNER has been landed with a criminal record – for keeping a penknife in his car’s glove compartment.

This is a perfect example of what I alluded to; the police couldn’t get him for drink driving so searched his car and found a Swiss Army knife in a pouch in his glove compartment along with a first aid kit and waterproofs so had him for carrying an offensive weapon !

I’d of thought what he had in his glove compartment was what every responsible driver would have, but no, the police wanted a “collar” and got one !

It would be the same if some vindictive farmer or keeper called the police and accused me of poaching, but when I proved I was not they would search me and find my opinel knife and make a case of that.

The gentleman with the Swiss Army knife will go down as a statistic in the “war on knives” but not prevent one stabbing…..

Cheers.

The police will abuse whatever power they have, but that doesn't mean a strict campaign against knife crime won't be effective. Earlier you claimed along with me that people should get a ten year sentence for carrying an illegal knife with no good reason, I then get bombarded with several scenarios, all that are fair, which makes It basically impossible to police. So, with that out of the question what else are we left with?

It should be law that if any non native brit caught carrying knives or any weapons on the street then the whole family should be deported. No excuses, also the blacks need to man the feck up and stay with their kids instead of doing a runner once theyve got her yp the duff, for the street is the wrong father for the kids and will keep them in that circle, but its most likely too engrained in the dna for it to work

I don't care if they care about sentencing, the longer they are locked up the less they will be a menace to society.

Wank governments yes, again which is why we need to rip up the sentencing guidelines and introduce harsher sentences for carrying knives. Of course that won't completely eradicate knife crime but it's better than moaning and saying nothing can be done.

I've  carried a knife  every day of my life from being  5 years old as probably most of us have  I've never killed  any one we use them as part of our  lifestyle it's down to the individual  what happens with the knife

Would your whole family be imprisoned if you were arrested and sent down for something, I'm just trying to understand your logic mate? Lol

No, I said it should be TWO YEAR for carrying a knife without a valid reason; TEN YEARS for possession of, threatening to use or using a knife in the commission of a crime.

I agree with draconian punishments but common sense must also prevail; a man with a Swiss Army knife in his glovebox or a rambler with an opinel in his backpack shouldn’t be treated the same as a hooded youth with a machete down his trousers in the city centre at night.

Cheers,

So, what is a valid reason? Someone carrying a knife with the intent to harm someone won't be making a confession, they are going to lie through their teeth. As it stands now you can carry "illegal" knives but you must have a good reason. Either we want to get stricter on knife crime or we don't IMO.

No, but a small penknife isn't illegal is it?

And it's alright folk saying i always carry a  knife and I've never stabbed anyone. Well guess what, there will have been a point in every knife man's life where they have carried a knife and never stabbed anyone, until the time they did.

A popular lad from my village was killed the other year in Skegness by someone carrying a penknife who had never stabbed anyone before, so what are you getting at?
