Listening to this shit on the news just breaks me, there ain’t no complicated or clever reasons about any of this……it’s really f***ing simple ! Politicians we elected have turned the country into

Translation. Mr Waltjnr is of the confirmed opinion that the two twelve year old boys who murdered a man using a  machete should serve more than 8 years incarceration. However Mr Waltjnr also believes

Let me give you a first hand experience; Woodga, LDR and myself were walking between rabbiting permission’s and the police stopped us and searched us and issued us with notices”suspected of poach

they just need to enforce the current laws that we already have if you have a foldable edc no problem

Correct! Theoretically, you can be sentenced to four years for a first offence of carrying a bladed instrument. And more time for actually using a knife or for a second offence.

The honourable member for Geordieland is correct. You can be sentenced for carrying a Swiss army knife. This has actually happened.

I find , that whenever I am bent on horrific post code violence, it is safer to carry my bladed instrument in a tool box in the boot of my car. This virtually eliminates me from prosecution.

Sentences for knife possession ( 50000 prosecutions last year) tend to be dealt with too leniently imo. Basically the jails are full of old ladies sentenced to two years in prison for a shocked rant on social media concerning the stabbing  of three children.

The honourable member for Ireland and racial equality believes black skin possessed by young men is the determining factor behind knife crime.

However, myself, the dishonourable member for Salford, am  more inclined to believe that multiple deprivation( poverty) is the main cause of  youth violence. The stats  show that high levels  crime occurs in the least wealthy of London boroughs. This is true worldwide. Inequality breeds crime. The more equal a society the less violence exists. Check it out .

I hear many say,not for the first time, that I am talking  shit. That many of us experienced poverty and did not tuck machetes down our pants. But when a whole sub culture glorifies crime and even have their own rap ( crap) music indoctrinating them into carrying  blades and guns, then blood on pavements is inevitable.

Glasgow used to be the murder capital of Europe. There was no black skin there. Poverty and gang culture was the problem there as well. But they shook off that tag with efforts from all sorts of people.

Google it if you are interested.

Yes, I want a blanket ten for people carrying with intent but seeing as that is basically impossible to police then it's just wishful thinking on my part. But here's the thing, if you knew the implications of carrying your precious knife wherever you go, that knife would be kept at home, I know you might get upset, kick the cat and vent on here, but the knife would stay on the barge rather than risk ten year. Lol

But, if you don't think we should have more restrictions, harsher sentences, etc, fine, but stop posting boring news about it when someone is stabbed, that ain't going to change a damn thing is it William Wallace? Lol

i quite honestly feel lost without my knife and guaranteed if it's not in my pocket i will need it think ive used mine at least three times today

Nothing to see here, it's every man's right to carry their knife wherever they like. 😁

Have you left school yet mate because you just don’t seem to be able to grasp anything there are more than enough laws to sort out the problem just enforce them constantly bringing in new laws is just about removing civil liberty and tarring everyone with the same brush, there are not many days in my life I don’t use a knife and I should be allowed to continue and not branded the same as some inner city savage, the police would not differentiate under your guidelines unless you are once again just attempting to get a rise ??

There clearly isn't because there's too many cases of people getting lenient sentences for knife crimes!

Same as that mate I shot an apple from a tree with the catty and peeled it for the grandson to eat on our walk I also cut some cable ties off of a package to unwrap it, I actually wonder how people manage without one and am asked by people that know me to borrow my knife at least once a week it should be every mans right to own and carry one, break the law with it and receive the full force of the laws we already have really is that simple

But your knife isn't illegal is it? I should have clarified earlier that I meant illegal weapons. Of course a few have got a little excited and believe I meant all people should be given ten year blanket ban when they haven't done anything wrong.

A CARAVANNER has been landed with a criminal record – for keeping a penknife in his car’s glove compartment.

i don't think anyone disagrees with that but it's down to the police and the cps to enforce it

Yes, the police make the arrest, they are then let out in one or two years, the police can't do no more.
