ALL THE BEST DUCKWING ok , Nuttall blooded ! but bred by Ronny Cloot ! some are in 3 rd or 4 th generation bred by him ! the first of the dog´s he started with were exported i guess around 15-20 years ago (maybe more) and a few were not so long ago imported ! Greeting´s Steezy p.s. wasn´t it the Dog makes the paper and not the paper make´s the dog ????? so if they are Booth , Nuttall , Gould , Parks , Chapman "bloodet" or "bred" dog´s or any other breeders dog´s isn´t it just a good dog is worth to feed ? everytime some name´s come up everybody jump on it and try to talk the dog´s bad ... but if they are work well for the owners the pedigree means nothing ! i don´t know nothing about Booth dog´s but if he was a half cross APBT and work well for his owner ( i really don´t know ) would make the pedigree him a less worth working dog ? Steezy, Nice lookin Cloot dogs! I just have the one Cloot dog merlin she is just almost a year and a half old and doing great! We are going to visit Ronny next Sept. and pick up a couple more dogs from him to take back to the states. Can't wait!!!! Ronny had said we were going to try and do some huntin in Germany so maybe we could get together and do some huntin with ya. We do have some Booth bred dogs from Robert Booth and for the most part they have proven to be great hunters with the exception of a few we have culled. They don't seem to be as clever or have the hunt drive and nose of my Merlin bitch from Ronny, but they are hell on coons! The pics below are of my Booth Male Sarge.... These pics were taken this weekend in a barn. He was a bit of a slow starter, but all in all a great dog none the less. HUNT WELL! Paul Quote Link to post

barnburner 0
Some time in the future, id like to hunt some 'coon. Were those found above ground Paul? GD Waz, No they were in the hay in tunnel systems a lot like in the ground. The coon dig tunnels between the hay bales and they can go down 30 foot deep in some barns. We had a barn with tunnel systems like a high rise apartment building a couple of years ago and the dogs got in at the top of the hay and ended up at the bottom 25 feet down 6 hours later and we ended up cutting a hole in the barn loft floor from below and got a ladder and got the coon and dogs out that way. They were spent and all busted up from a 6 hour fight. Hunt well! Paul Quote Link to post
nelson 0
I've met Mr Cloot, had a dig with him and he seams a decent enough bloke to me.His 'strain', if i remember right is mainly from Nuttal stuff with a dash of something extra added in. The terriers from him i saw worked alright as far as i was concerned and were of a decent stamp. All strong looking dogs. Quote Link to post
