Lamp melting

Anyone ever have their blitz lamp melt at cigarette plug, it has happened twice now. Using a fox halo battery.

I allways cut the cigar plug off.

If you don’t cut it off, then tape it securely together so there’s no movement between the “male “ and “female “ components .

i was useless with the house  electrics chart you helped me that time since i went to me pal laboured for him a month or so not much i dont know about it now lol 

never had a blitz set alight but like you i cut it off like you say a fixed connection is better then a sprung me drier plug was melted not long ago there c**ts for it

It’s a shame you don’t have a mate who’s a nuclear physicist to hang around with ; you’d have that pesky nuclear fusion sorted in a few weeks ! LOL !

lol i most likely would lol chuck me some uranium id do it off youtube videos lol 

once you understand live what neutral does permanent lives fuse down for lights etc your away just leave me pal to wire up to main box lol
