Trying to make a little charcoal

Wife said she waiting some good charcoal for some stuff she's doing, medicinal what's it's and the like . Well just so happens the powder company can though not long ago and I have a bunch of kinks in my yard I need to get rid of. So decided HAYYYY WHY NOT ?  Did some googling and seems the best option for me since I just wants small batches would be to use paint cans. So went got some of those

Filled em with what looked like the nice of the two woods I had

Sealed th lids and poked some holes to let the grass escape

Hey Wolf

I do this the same way in the house wood fire coonara type,  You can see when the smoke/gas stops coming out of the holes she is just about done

Just remember  good wood going in good charcoal coming out , Dont use crap wood  , I do this for my charcoal camp cooker works a treat
