Nobody buys those machines cash would be my guess, they will all be lease agreement and just be part of yearly expenses. If someone works and pays Income Tax, invests wisely and pays tax on their dividends, pays tax on the interest their money in the bank earns, pays capital gains tax on a second property they bought and improved and sold on at a profit, why should they pay tax on what they leave to their children when that money, assets, etc has been taxed many times over already ?
