Know its an old post from last year. But you've done more here than most do in the day ferreting. No dogs , no ferrets just a net an lamp cracking work.

More than a few mate 20 odd without dog or ferrets. Good for lads who've not got permission but want to fill the freezer an slow cooker up. Just a flick of lamp to drive them into the nets.

Yeah its a decent way of getting a few on the quiet, the way the old poachers used to do it

The light is for the filming it would of been a dark video otherwise

my comment wasn't aimed at you, just a point of view, even my own father used to see us lads going lamping and would say you may as well knock on every farmers fxxking door and tell them where you are.

not a prayer my friend, you had to travel light, going under hedges, over fences, traditional net in jacket and pegs far less conspicuous, no bulky stuff like today.
