Not as simple as that , mate.

In that number there are a lot of people like my wife and I.

We retired at 51, never claimed anything off the government but still paid our taxes on all the things we are taxed on, Road Tax, Council Tax, Petrol and Diesel Tax , VAT ON what we buy, including VAT on gas and electricity, tax on beer and wine and spirits, tax on the interest on our savings.

Yes, there are the people who won’t work, but there are many others in the 10 million who aren’t on benefits and aren’t a drain on the countries finances.

Cheers.

Not forgetting there will be thousands who choose to work cash so will not be flagging up on Government national insurance and tax who will not be claiming any benefits and who can blame them when we see how our governments waste our money. A lot of this there claiming dole bla bla is imo a load of bollox as a lad I know who came out of work and still lives at home has had to go through all sorts with the job centre to get a few quid he is entitled to after paying full stamp and has recently been offered a cash in hand job so has feked the job centre off straight away.

I think the 10 million includes the “economically inactive”, people who aren’t working but not claiming benefits for whatever reason. You could probably add some like Prince Andrew in on that figure, it’s not just the number of people out of work and claiming benefits, it also includes people in hospital, nursing homes etc. people who chose to live in places like Spain and Portugal and even possibly you if you are still on the electoral register in the UK.

So it’s a misleading figure.

Cheers.

Another bit of mind f**k propaganda released to paint British people in a negative light…..like we are a load of f***ing fat, lazy, mongs who by default can’t make our country function without “outside” help…….never mind we built the world, nah, forget that….we suddenly turned into a load of retards in the last 50 year.

f**k that and anyone spreading that lie.

It’s a very arbitrary figure,Wilf.
Take the number of working age people in the UK , deduct the number in work, paying income tax and NI, and your left with a figure of around 10 million.

This 10 million will include people as diverse as Prince Andrew, people who retired early, housewife’s, people in hospital , etc, so it’s not that big a figure as they would like us to think !

Cheers.

And gullible believe it mate it's been a ploy especially from politicians as an excuse for mass unskilled migration to these shores especially when we were a member of the European Union.
