Rescue dog.

Hi all.       

        After losing my beddy whippet at 15 i picked up this little 3 yr old beddy whippet bitch from a rescue home. 

        Happy days ahead.

That's  a sweet looking little dog.

My daughter volunteers at a greyhound and lurcher rescue/rehoming kennels and they have little batches of similar looking lurchers from time to time . These ones come from an owner who  possibly has problems with an  obsession disorder ,  but  it wouldn't  be fair to judge on hearsay. She seemingly let's them breed unhindered to the point she can't  cope  .From time to time she agrees to a few being rehomed .

This has been going on long enough for her dogs to almost breed true to type ; producing something that looks like a blend between bedlington and or poodle ,whippet and collie .

I wonder if your dog is from the same source . The ones l've seen have lovely temperaments with a useful look about them too.

I was nearly tempted myself.

Yes i knew that when i viewed the dog, I tell people it's got one eye on main beam the other on dip.

Thinking about rescuing summat myself now I got no proper dogs
