Sometimes a district judge sits in a mags court but they still have the same sentencing powers. I can only think that people were conned into saying guilty being told they would get a discharge, then finding themselves Infront of a crown court judge. I've asked magistrates, legal advisors and solicitor but not one can explain what's happened and all said with the information they had these people won't of been sent down. It's bizarre how people have been set up somewhere and nobody seems to know anything about it like it's happened behind closed doors

It's bizarre how people have been set up somewhere and nobody seems to know anything about it like it's happened behind closed doors Magistrates is a kangaroo court controlled by the authority’s and they get the outcome they want regardless of legalities obviously this won’t be an official line but from experience it’s how I see it works in reality, each and every one of those arrested should have taken there legal right of trial by judge and jury but they were told plead guilty or face 10 years and most buckled the ones like the one I put up will walk but it will get no or little coverage as it sets the wrong example,

I remember some years back a nutcase from Rotherham was jailed and every opportunity he got he would attack prison guards and was a liability he ended up being found dead in his cell and tbh nobody gave a feck about his death and rightly so with this scumbag who murdered them little girls in Southport nothing would please me better if he was found dead in his cell though we all know some of the woke lunatics would want to know why instead of rejoicing in is death like most sane people would.
