I said at the start that these people needed to stand not guilty they all folded and took the bait we still have a legal system

I can't get to the bottom of how people got so long in prison (well I can but proving it is a different matter) .

6 months is maximum sentence in magistrates court yet they were getting years. Sometimes a district judge sits in a mags court but they still have the same sentencing powers. I can only think that people were conned into saying guilty being told they would get a discharge, then finding themselves Infront of a crown court judge.

I've asked magistrates, legal advisors and solicitor but not one can explain what's happened and all said with the information they had these people won't of been sent down. It's bizarre how people have been set up somewhere and nobody seems to know anything about it like it's happened behind closed doors

Magistrates is a kangaroo court controlled by the authority’s and they get the outcome they want regardless of legalities obviously this won’t be an official line but from experience it’s how I see it works in reality, each and every one of those arrested should have taken there legal right of trial by judge and jury but they were told plead guilty or face 10 years and most buckled the ones like the one I put up will walk but it will get no or little coverage as it sets the wrong example,

That's true and more than likely like me you are speaking from experience on how the judicial system works.

A good few years ago I got took to court over one the daft acts, Clive Reese told me to take it to crown court on out very first meeting, he sat me down an told me that magistrates would and have already found me guilty, this was weeks before we actually went to court, sure as shit stinks when we got to court we had a mini trial haha an was found guilty but I said I wanted to appeal it, lad who was my co-de shat himself an took the guilty on the chin an signed his dogs over to that dodgy charity, anyways fast forward a few months an we go to crown, an just like the man promised me, it was thrown out of court, all sentences over turned an I was free to go, poor Cnut that was my co-de tho, still had a pet ban an allsorts hanging over him

fcuk the magistrates, they are only volunteers who only turn up for the free cake an summat to talk about at there golf club at weekends, wankers the lot of them
