A quick story, Mrs Stav always has a new car, it’s something she likes and they are generally quite high end, she’ll keep them a  couple of years before putting it in for another while there’s still g

£12000 in discounts??? Fckin hell.....I've never had a car worth 12G never mind that much in discounts 😂 I once drove 8hrs to the far north of Scotland in my 1 litre car sat 18" behind a wag

I believe we should have what makes us happy while we're here if we have the means. Why not? I've always driven old bangers but bought a second hand Toyota Hilux 5 years ago for $23 000 Oz dollars. I'

Man you need a bit of boost in your life.

strap a huge garret turbo onto your barge engine and watch it come to life.

Does a k and N air filter on a 6 litre tractor engine count lol

It’s not all about flash motors, I will get a huge tax bill with one thing and another going on recently, so I just bought a defender 110 double cab, that will help my tax bill dirty robbing b*****ds, and it will go up in value. The classics I’ve been gathering are going to be sold, well a few will. Can’t let your wife n kids drive a fuking heap of unsafe shit about.

The 12k isn’t all discount, it’s a number juggling exercise to get to where you are happy with the payment, going through the numbers with her yesterday most people wouldn’t of been able to buy a 2 year old car from them for what she is paying for the S3, you never want to own cars like this, because once they are out of warranty they just become a headache if they go wrong. If you have a lot of money you might as well spend it on as many shiny things as you want because you can’t take it with you, she’s in a very good position, we have no real debt, no kids and she has a very well paid job that gives her the average man’s wage at the end of each month just too spaff on whatever she wants after everything else is paid for, live the life you want, not the one you dream about

And FairPlay to you mate but I,m just about living I only go to work for my family if it was just me I’d bum around the globe in an old van see the sights and live life to the full, I,m almost at the point that I,m financially secure and so to are all my offspring for the next couple of generations so I,m just cashing everything in and having a jolly, no matter how we try to dress up the benefits of buying all these shiny new things it’s just an ego boost really happiness comes from somewhere else places you see and people you meet can’t be bought, but it’s good we are all different so we all have someone to laugh at lol, shiny new car still equals sacrificing at least a year of life no matter how we try to dress it up enjoy it the best you can mate

I reckon it would be great to travel the world in a van , just rock up and get the brew/ beers out, crash out any time no need to book hotels, pack, unpack and so on.

That’s exactly it mate, live the life you want, we don’t have any family to leave our estate to when we pop our clogs so we have the outlook that we will do what we want and have what we want as long as finances allow, I know that if we had kids it would be all about them, as it should be

My mates a salesman in Chiswick Porsche if your ever in the market.

A couple of years ago my missus was thinking about getting a Porsche Taycan, when we had a look the deal was 10k in then about 1300 quid a month over 60 months, the sales bloke said they sell hardly any to private buyers, I said “ No sh*t “  people just buy them through businesses, so she’ll have to settle with the Audi, it comes with a load of Porsche and Lamborghini bits in the interior anyway

I did until about a year ago until my Passat started lighting up like a Christmas tree with warning lights. Always serviced it regularly as well.

Passats are normally pretty good cars I had a 05 Passat high line really nice to drive motor i only got it as a second car because it was cheap I had it for a couple of years an sold it at a profit only reason I sold it was because the insurance quotes I got for the Passat was nearly twice as much as the s3 to insure

Apparently so mate, mine is a 17 plate, was a dream for a couple of years and then the fault lights started showing.
