First time making a purse net

Got a net making kit to have a go at making some nets finished the first one a 4ft this morning just watched a youtube vid to follow took me about 2.5 hours all together spread over 3 days hopfully will get quicker as i do each one. Enjoyed doing it If any one can see any mistakes please let me know.

you picked the hardest one to do when your learning a shaped net ?.Only do it when you can concentrate as one slipped knot and the nets useless but all my bad nets end up in my ferreting bag and they still catch rabbits

I did mess up on the third row of meshes to be honest but un did it and carried on. Know what you mean if tv or wife is talking to me its a nightmare!!

Personally and it’s only my preference is no right or wrong way but i prefer to have my draw cord running through the bottom ring instead of fixed, like I said it’s just my preference, gets addictive once you start mate,
