THE STIFFMEISTER 15,696
Oh your a gift like a .410 lol priceless , we’re talking about like proper weapons not shotguns or rifles but tools for warfare . as stated , we’ve never had that culture in the uk , nothing like the states . The ban post dunblane likely affected less than 40k people as most enthusiasts will have owned more than one legal hand gun

chartpolski 23,145
In Texas you can pick up an AR or AK with your groceries at the local Walmart with minimal background checks. You see ordinary citizens walking around with side arms on their waist, pickups with full gun racks parked up outside of bars. Ive never seen or heard of that gun culture in the U K. Cheers.

No no you couldn’t 14 on a shotgun licence isn’t the same as walking and buying an ar 18 that’s never been a thing since the introduction of the firearms act 1920 if I remember correctly no one was ever sat at home with semi automatic ar legally stored in the wardrobe to quote you “ are you for real ?”

I don’t know the gun laws here. Never had the need for a license, it was, and probably still is, the law that you can use someone else’s shotgun with their permission, which is what I’ve done on many occasions. And one especially for you, mate ! LOL ! In Australia and New Zealand I was out with .303’s, 30-06’s and shotguns loaded with slug. No one seem interested if I had a license or not ; Cheers. 1
