Please don’t come back with the wet farmland nonsense, we are talking about race dogs , and , in my mind , the top non- peds are the fastest dogs in the world over 150 yards, but, hey ho, we’ve been over this many times before, and the thread is about lurchers at the whippet track…. Later on gave it another trial of a level break with a good non-ped racing whippet, again, out of traps with muzzles. A very good race over 150 yards with the lurcher coming from behind to be beaten by just half a length, again in a good time.
