Mod_ Ben Shermans , stay press trousers, parkka and crombie over coat. Skinhead_ together with Doc Martins and levi jacket and jeans ( and racist attitude).Weekend hippy, hair to my shoulders, tie dye and flares. Correction, I think skinhead came before the metamorphosis to mod. But through it all I remained true to myself. I was always a prick. I was more into motor bikes and leather jackets at first. My older brother was the mod, a “face”, “ top mod” . He bought a very nice Lambretta and his first ride out was to Scotland, and he fell off, he came back in an ambulance and the scooter came back on a train. He never rode it again and gave it to me . I had absolutely no hesitation in changing allegiance and becoming a mod. I fully embraced the lifestyle; the scooters, the clothes , the music….I was living the teenage dream . But time waits for no man, and I’ve probably had more incarnation than David Bowie ! Many, many years later this is the latest incarnation; The latest…..but hopefully not the last ! Cheers. 7

Some prick accused me of jumping the queue at the bar and I took exception. It didn’t end well. Not a good look for a man in his 70’s, so I’ll politely decline your invitation. Cheers. I posted some pics on here of us and them drinking Brown Ale. Its a funny old life ! Cheers.
