Just to add he was got for me by my missus , just as a pet ( won’t bore you but a dog died ,one was pining for a year(antidepressants and all sorts) ,pup arrived problem ended )) . I found this place researching bull x lurchers … and  a voice started telling me to run him ….. strange sounding ,spoke of potions and unrepeatable tales ….under his hypnotic spell . I did and we caught rabbits … not many , he gets  one ,occasionally two runs a time on a small field , and on average  every third or fourth run he’ll catch , they have 10 yards to get to fence , he has  to cover around  50 . Some bounce  some run . We’ve had a few accidents with larger stuff ,which is a bit of an eye opener ,(but he was quick and clean )so he runs less now unfortunately. Don’t know feck all about running dogs except that this one ain’t no champion , but when he does it he does it very well .
