Behave ..3 ..4 big chick thigh would be 50 gram...even Aldi 5 slices of corn beef 50 g of protein...its what I take to work most days...

If you have access to a microwave mate , gsn pots would be perfect for your lunch mate

I'm funny with chicken unless it's freshly cooked. I hate taking all foods in tupperware, smells like sweaty arsehole.

Pewit try that protein drink I put up...it just tastes like creamy milk...if you want chuck some berry's in ..or banana or some honey if its still not sweet enough...

But for God's sake f**k off the chia seeds...fucks sake your not a Budgie...

Nobody had heard of Chia seeds a few year ago

I’d have to take your word for that .  

what I do know is that if your after a healthy meal over lunch , they’ve been decent for what I’ve found

i think it’s the ones i’m thinking me pal eats them takes them to work like 5 for 12 quid i’ve tried a few one fell a string beans rank id rather have a cheese sarnie or corn beef as tomo said lol sour dough or multigrain bread lol

You dont need to eat copious amounts mate,good fatty meat will knock the calories right up an help slow digestion to absorb nutrients better
