Been feeling like shite for over a month, feeling tired and exhausted. No appetite, muscle cramps. Went to the doctor's and he's recommended a blood test....soonest they can fit me in for the test is

It's probably just a mild case of aids

Yeah, but he's at risk. Not developed it yet! It takes years to develop. However I understand where you're coming from, supporting NUFC must contribute to a negative outlook on life. I didn't know

I used to think I would pop off at 60 same as my dad and uncles. I was surprised to reach 65 and then 70 and I'm now not far off 75. You keep extending how long you want to live. My brother just reached 80. I would love to reach that milestone, and if I do, it will then 85. As long as I'm independent and still getting a bang out of life,  then great!

just had them ring me with results i’m telling you the less you see these the longer you will live without a doubt

results are good but what they want to give me again nearly ruined me it’s like there desperate to prescribe statins if you never had high cholesterol the statin put it up from 5 to nearly 7 plus give you a load a side effects you stop the statins your cholesterol after a while drops back down to 5.4 the bad side effects stop or are alot better and getting normal agian why the f**k are they on me to start the statins again lol there bombed out

back on the age and living if i see 42 i’ve outlived me old man and grandad neither were fat me old man out coursing all day most days his dad was fit strong bloke not long left the  raf me gran lived till 92 smoked about 60 year had diabetes 30 year

like a surgeon told me its 90 percent genetics

why one can smoke ten a day and die of lung cancer at 45 another can smoke 60 a day and still be doing it at 90

just going to do a genetic genome test  on me

Just having a laugh ,a little bit of knowledge is a dangerous thing ! I've no knowledge, and didn't have the vaccine, just common sense and following my intuition

Was at the doctors waiting for the missus to have some tests and I noticed they had one of those machines that you stand on and it gives you a read out of height, weight, blood pressure and BMI, so I had a go on it.
Everything looked fine but my heart rate was 62 BPM. My heart was ticking over like an old, long stroke Diesel engine ! I asked the doc if that was ok, as it’s about half the upper rate for a man in his 70’s, but he said it’s fine as long as the blood pressure is ok , which it is .

I guess I’m just a laid back old f****r !

Cheers.
