The shooter is a 71 year old activist and poet, no reason for the shooting yet but Im guessing the shooter is probably pro europe

Fico was about to introduce a law banning Slovak public service broadcasting and replace it with a pro government broadcaster. A lot of people see this as an attack on free speech, the assassin was supposedly angry about it.
