If you have back pain and happen to have Latin American friends… get the coca leaves. I have 3 hernias (L5, L4, S1). Drs gave me Tramadol, Diazipam etc, which fuucks me up so much I’m not sure which way is up… last week a mate was chewing the leaves and I asked for a bit. Best nights sleep I’ve had in years and no pain for at least 24hours. Woke the next morning feeling like an 18 year old. 

Obviously not a cure but bloody Hell, does it help without feeling like Renton!
