Hi guys

its been a while as some of you will know we lost a very good friend last year Darryl Laidler AKA Marksman,I have organised a memorial shoot for him be good place to catch up.

Hi as some of you will know the shooting fraternity lost a very good friend last year Darryl Laidler aka Marksman on most shooting platforms.

We will be honouring Darryl  on the 21st & 23rd June 2024 at Throckmorton shooting ground.

 

Friday: 

meet and greet and check zero from 12:00/4:30pm

And a catch up & toast around the camp fire.

 

Saturday: 

zero Range will be open at 9:00am to check zero ready for the Memorial shoot,after the shoot if there is time for a bragging rights comps on the range, Range time finishes at 4:30pm. Then the presentation After chilling we can Bragg and remember Darryl around the camp fire .

 

Sunday:

Pack up say our good byes and a safe journey home

 

Throckmorton shooting ground is located in a stunning location hence why there are our chosen host.

Facilities are toilets and a snack bar ,hot & cold drinks & bacon butties & burgers.

 

There are Trophies up for grabs 

highest PCP score

highest .22 score

highest spring rifle score

That was one hell of a shock for me and Ann to hear,, sadly too many health problems for the pair of us make travelling too difficult now for us to attend, hope you get a good turn out.
