Old rods

Trying sort out garage , among the miriad of rod bags found a nice cane Richard walker mk 4 carp rod in good nick and what are James or hardy cane rods not great nick . Probably keep them the walker for an heirloom and hang the smaller ones with some of the knackered hardy centre pins reels I found as a display thing...any experts on here....

That is an extreme example, I sold mine over ten years ago now for £750 if i remember correctly.

Nice , spoke to @twobob from what I could understand he said 'keepum fur tboys' I've seen various examples from£250/500 not seen a mint top model like above though, won't tell the missus about that one

Had loads given to me , sold all the reels a few year ago , some boxed Mitchell and Abu , loads of rods ,barbel rods , match rods and some fly rods and I know there’s a hexagonal sort of shaped one , dunno what it is though … i also must investigate

My Aunts husband was a keeper at Black mount estate  in Argyll   so when my uncle used to go see his sister he  loved all the free fishing he got there and bought good gear to do it
