Absolute nonsense....fibre is not needed ...it's the biggest myth out there...brought about by Kellog...again us humans don't need it...

The nonsense is that a carnivorous diet is optimal, even one of the main bullshitting poster boys for that diet as come off it, Paul Salidino. Lol

All he's done is added a bit of fruit to his diet....still huge amounts of meat...

Look at the 10's of thousands that have come off vegan diets because all that fibre has given them health issues things like ulsrstive colitis..chrohns disease...then look at the thousands that cure type 2 with keto or come off statins..

He's a charlatan pal.

Reducing fibre can be beneficial to some people who are sensitive to certain foods and have an intolerance, but for the majority of people, fibre is massively beneficial to their health.

It's my opinion that the high carb diet we now eat is responsible for the lowering of male testosterone in the west...

This high carb high sugar is f***ing poison

Adequate fibre intake doesn't mean a high carb diet, stop inventing.

Here is Paul Salidino, the carnivore influencer that is no longer carnivore, why is that, it's by far the best diet isn't it, why would he need evil sugar in his diet? Lol

Stay away from that fibre, it's the work of the devil. 😁

Really thankful for the message you sent me mate my health and well being has improved dramatically since going on a meat diet though I do eat plenty of veg but not potatoes and fruit moderately and if I snack now it's usually nuts though not salted or flavoured.

It's beneficial to get your daily requirements. As for Salidino, if pure carnivore is the way to go why did he feel the need to add fruit & honey, give him more time and he'll be back on the veg. 😁
