I haven't got it mate just got told I was high risk of getting it. The doctor mentioned medication but I declined another thing since I have gone on the food I am eating now I not having bladder trouble. I used to think all this eat healthy was just another ploy to buy different food but from the benefits in my health healthy eating is the way to go.

Going to give that a go mate. Just met the wife from work and done the weekly shop in Tesco and had a look at that sourdough bread and it's in a few different flavours but the dates on them wernt too good all the 14th July. Called in home bargains and got a few bags of different nuts also seen them small bags of beef biltong that were cheap but I've not hear if their any good for you or not any other lads on hear had them.

The whole brand is a f****n abomination. Paper plates, plastic forks,  ambience of A and E and poisonous food.

But its a global brand! Go f****n figure!
