That's because process foods contain shit that makes you feel hungry again soon after eating them, McDonalds is a perfect example Lol

Just got back from the doctor's after having blood tests last week and i am no longer at risk of developing type 2 diabetes thanks in the main to TOMO on hear who's advice i took he sent me in p m s .

i was always like it mate eat mainly meat lol never liked sweet stuff or goodies even when younger lol 

i’d check it isn’t medication aswell they put me on them statins as a precaution and i hey f****d me up really nearly diabetic high liver function weight gain like mad 

been sound since i stopped them lost few stone feel miles better 

it’s reversible like so lucky just had liver pulse test  at diabetic center a month ago wasn’t good they sent me another spot had  ourlass panicking for last month o so sent me home with these 0EF5DFD3-8670-440E-B85B-C4B0E5794E4C.jpeg.6289a215f551b63ca250047ceaaf73df.jpegjust had a echo the other day me liver is fine normal no scarring

Its because youre not getting the insuline spikes from the carbs.Eat carbs or sugary food or drinks and you get a big insuline spike then when it drops off you feel hungry and weak and think you need more sugar or carbs and just a merry go round.Like you mentioned I have 1 crap a day and my stomoch/bowel feels empty afterwards.I sleep better and wake up fresher every day and my joints ache a lot less than they did and I haven't lost much weight,just a bit of fat from where I didnt really want it anyway.I also think only eating in a 6 to 8 hour window has had real benefits for me too.

This is me for today.First meal was at 10.30,Ive just eaten the eggs even though I wasnt really hungry so that Im ready for my dinner at 6 after walking the dogs for an hour which tonight will be 3 big pork belly strips,broccoli,carrots and asparagus.then wont eat anything till 10 or 11 tomorrow.8 monts ago Id have had 4 slices of toast with before I left for work,Sarnies,crisps,chocolate,cake in my pack up and been popping to the shop or bakery if there was one nearby.Dinner when I got in with bread and butter if there was anything to mop up and then be in and out the cupboards all night.Because Ive always been slim I was convinced that i needed all that because Im active so thats why I was always hungry when in fact its eating all them carbs and sugary crap and additives that aren't even food that make you fel constantly hungry and leave you craving more of the same shit.

Alot of meals tend to be meats with veg/salad or currys /kormas with cauliflower rice , i do find it hard not to have sandwiches for work even though I've tried other stuff but found i suffered from hypos so i have some carbs to avoid this

Madness mate isn't it. I was a bit surprised when I had the prostate examination and the Doctor said it was slightly enlarged and said I could prescribe you medication for it but he didn't think it was serious enough in his opinion for medication or I think he would have been more determined for me to take medication. I have also received a few texts wanting me to join and attend those pre diabetic group gatherings when in reality most sane folk can do what's needed off their own bat and the money it must cost to organise and put these meetings on I believe the money they must cost would be better spent on more serious health issues imo.
