Garmin box and collars help needed

A man I know bought garmin box and collars from America but the won’t work here in Ireland. Has anyone else had this problem is there anyway to get them working .

I had to send mine back to America to gps4us and they sorted mine

If you order from them they tend to work out the box good company to deal with

I bought mine off eBay and it worked then I wanted to add another collar and I had to update my box to accept the second collar and as soon as I did that it wouldnt work over here, I sent it to them and ended up ordering another new collar from them, as you say good company to deal with, I’d recommend them

If you have an American one, as soon as you up date it they stop working here.
