Stress and strain will move across a structure away from its area of support and removal of a weight bearing beam will cause the failure in areas away from the initial damage

Don’t think a lot of people are quite understanding momentum, some bigger ships can take half a mile or so to stop my little ship is approx 55 ft long 11 ft wide and weighs around 35 tons and even that takes a fair bit of stopping if you get things wrong and even if I dropped the anchor you can still travel a fair way before it all settles on the bottom and takes a good hold plus the anchor on that thing would be beyond manual handling

Arry 22,916
Seems the Ship lost all power. Lost power, a mayday call and the crash that brought down a Baltimore bridge WWW.BBC.CO.UK Minutes after a container ship sent a mayday call, it crashed and caused a bridge to collapse. Six people are presumed dead. Cheers Arry
Francie, 2,450
Apparently the company running the ship are big on diversity inclusion, apparently the crew weren't the sharpest tools in the box ffs
