Back shooting air rifles after many years not doing it.

Recommended Posts

Morning, after many years of not shooting I've started back up just over a year ago. And used to browse these forums 10+ years ago Thought I'd Introduce myself as I've always found them helpful.

Started with a BSA lighting, and since the beginning of last year i have swapped/exchanged my way up to owning these two cracking rifles, both are second hand and work a right treat. Air arms s510 ultimate sporter carbine in .22 and BSA r10 M2 regulated with Rat works tune and extras in .22. Just need to get some higher mounts for the r10 as the rat works shroud is stopping my current sight from fitting correctly.

At the moment I have a couple of permissions and just in shooting rats, but looking forward to pigeons, squirrels and rabbits.

Cheers

Gavin

That's a beautiful pair of air rifles! I'm sure it must be interesting to come back and find all the recent advancements in the air gun world. If you haven't already tried them, you might like the FX hybrid pellet/slugs for squirrels and rabbits at longer distances. Give them a shot! (terrible pun intended, sorry)
