Rabbit numbers in England vary but have declined due to Myxomatosis, Rabbit Haemorrhagic Disease, and habitat loss. Some areas still have decent populations, but big numbers are rare. It's a similar story in Northern Ireland, with only small pockets of rabbits left in many places.

Diabolical around North Dublin/ East Meath. Mixy and especially the RHD has obliterated populations. Mixy always leaves a few stragglers behind RHD has literally wiped em out.

Must  be around here (limerick)as well  (rhd) they've  disappeared.
