Still plodding on with the little kx 125 race type build I’ve been doing.this thing’s turning out a really tricked up bike just waiting for the graphics kit to turn up then its fluids in and time to spark her up although I’ve really enjoyed building this bike my wallet hasn’t! But the light is at the end of the tunnel now

a puller mate crankcase seperator saves you hammering sticking screwdrivers in to split the crack cases handy to have 2 really some are tight bearings seized you’ll need one on the crank one on the output shaft

Right enough cleaning egr valve and throttle body's. bloody cambelts etc..I've a gsxr 1000 the engine on that is literally a small car type engine being 4 cylinder..I could do most things on it apart from what you are doing splitting the cases etc..

I’ve still been chipping away with the kx project got it finished about half hour ago fitting the graphics kit I’m over the moon with it it’s turned out mint(I’ll up load some pics tomorrow evening). Been also learning how to restore an zinc plate nuts an bolts (garage is like a meth lab cooking up like Walter white lol) for the little yz 125 project it was meant to be a budget build but that’s going to go completely out the window it’ll end up as good as a new bike
