Thought I’d start a post on project motorcycles that some of you lads have done or doing?  this is the little project I done a 03 kx125 she’s now a clean little bike that runs super clean and cri

What was several boxes  of bits is  starting to look a bit like a motorbike.  Now it has wheels l can at last move it out of the sitting room. Maybe into the kitchen 🙂

A yammy TT  my bro did , he imported the bike from california

Nice mate amate has a few a nice monty 4stroke cost a lot, but he has a few betas he would get a good deal from lamkins on a new one most years for the Scottish 7 day trial I think it's was, then sell when finished that trial. I think the bikes were killed by the road work they done.

He swears by the beta though 👍

A 72 comando 850 , its not original or out its a 750 frame with a 850 lump in my dad paid £100 in 1980 for it did it up n went everywhere on it then it was parked up in 85 when I was born n not moved since,  iv rebuilt forks gear box new pistons had the barels hornd out , re built the isolastic mounts ,carbs bathed , needs all putting back together now brakes n paint sorting will try find a photo

That's a proper man's bike mate 👌 

850 on kick-start 👍

I had a poster on my bedroom wall as a kid of a silver 750 commando. Get it done mate 👍 a great project with family history.

It's nice to be rich in time to do these things when your working mind, definitely keep hold of it mate 👍

The 03 is a legendary bike 👌🏽cheers dan👍🏽yeah I plan on keeping it. I plan on stripping it again over the summer a redoing it like a bit of a factory spec race bike I’ve been collecting all the right bits up for a while now to do it . I do fancy building another bike after I’ve done this one maybe a kx250 or a yz250

I wanted my bike in the living room I was told to get fcuked by her indoors my 2 sons thought it was a excellent idea they even suggested bringing there quad bikes in to park next to it

Beta`s  are not made very well mate, the swing arm bearings do not have seals on and the electrics are prone to water ingress.
