Speaking of food, has anyone tried natural honeycomb? It looks delicious and I imagine it will be super healthy.

Some informative interesting replies on this thread cheers lads. It was only a recent blood test and the results saying I was at high risk of developing type two diabetes that made me take healthy eating on board thing I regret is I wish I had done it years ago as I would eat anything wether it was good for you or not and since Christmas I have gone from 15 stone to just over 12 though even at 15 stone I considered myself pretty fit for a 63 year old though my present weight now is only a stone over than when I got married at 21. One thing that's been beneficial is I don't have severe bouts of sciatica with this weight loss.

I'll have a look later mate.My bird gets it all for me mate as I'd forget and just end up grabbing something from tesco's when I ran out.Keep the black soap in a soap dish and use a wet sponge to lather it up.You can use it as a shampoo as well. All completely natural.

Same as buying a bag of spuds always sends shivers down my spine, all sprayed off with round up before harvest…..Theres f**k all we can do to avoid it, all you can do is avoid it where we can I suppose

Is it not a contact spray they use rather than roundup (glyphosate) which is a systemic chem that soaks into the roots to kill the plants?
