It was only a recent blood test and the results saying I was at high risk of developing type two diabetes that made me take healthy eating on board thing I regret is I wish I had done it years ago as I would eat anything wether it was good for you or not and since Christmas I have gone from 15 stone to just over 12 though even at 15 stone I considered myself pretty fit for a 63 year old though my present weight now is only a stone over than when I got married at 21.
