Morty, a filth generation lamper he tracked 7 cwd and a munty single handed during the day in January. Not to bad considering it was his first daytime jaunt out.

If your lamping them then the law of averages says the majority will be fence bouncer's or caught in a ditch etc especially up north where the fields etc are much smaller than further down the road..perhaps down South it would be highly likely to be the total opposite to that. Running them daytime was a different thing as you were often pushing them from cover & into the open to run them,in the dark they almost always try to run to cover & therefore fences, hedges & suchlike.

A bad dog can hide so to speak and wait for the help/aid of obstacles for years in some instances, 6 year in the case of the dog I spoke of, it was uncovered in half a dozen nights out with me, body count does not always = a good dog

Obviously cant be helped with a few things dying off mistakes but id be disappointed if i had a dog that couldnt do hes job infront of me with enough room and whatever else. I seen some dogs hit smaller deer bushed out infront of them so hard you had to wonder if the dog had done an injury to itself. Thats the type of dog that i would want if i was if i was flat out on them.

Your a dreamer who lamper of  hares and run em through the yr wether they spent  from breeding or carrying young  on that basis them hares ya catch on the soggy prairies don’t get chance to eat or recover,  kill at all costs 24/7  poor fkrs  hav to suffer your relentless onslaught.  Can’t imagine wat tactics u use on deer can sort of imagine you giving em a few crossbow bolts early in the day , must be a cnt having to wade mud and think you know everything. Lol
