The one thing that I never enjoyed was driving motorways and the hundreds of miles I had to put in, not so bad on the way there with the adrenaline/excitement of what is coming. Pulling onto the motorway at six in the morning after a long night with a few hundred + mile to get home no adrenaline to keep you awake anymore, trying not to fall asleep at the wheel 🤢 beam me home scotty, ok for the dogs 🥰

Nothing brutal about it Phil when you’ve got a dog that knows its job, the ones that make hard work of it are not for me

and then once you’ve dropped the mutts home you have to return and collect what you have killed aye joe another few hundred mile round trip

im just going from experience joe drop dogs make the trip collect what’s been dropped dangerous taking game with dogs aint it at same time 

we ain’t  killing for fun of it and throwing shit in hedges and ditches bringing on top for the local lads ruining there spots  are we mate

Sometimes dogs on the back seat and a boot full is the only way, unless you fancy driving a 5/6 hour round trip twice which doesn’t sound much fun to me

These days if you get pulled with lurchers, trackers, thermals & lamps you might as well have deer in the back you’ll be losing the lot anyway

Depending what county you’re in the dogs would still get taken, and that’s what matters to me, fines at court or CBO’s are neither here nor there it’s losing my dogs I worry about
