Guest mush
you would be surprised how many do work their dogs round here you just don't know them mark, as most don't go to the lurrcher shows. but its not like it was ten year ago when you had to get out early or some one else would already be lamping. Guest WILF
Lets be honest, any copper that wants to become a "wildlife crime" specialist rather than get on the front line dealing with crack heads and kiddy fiddlers has got to be a bit of a gimp!! Quote Link to post

fishfish 17
i think it important to add that if you get arrested for hunting conie with dogs,go to the police station, get a solicitor.WHEN THE SOLICITOR POINTS OUT THAT YOU HAD PERMISSION AND WHAT YOU WERE DOING WAS PERFECTLY LEGAL,YOU WILL BE IN FOR COMPO FOR WRONGFULL ARREST!!!! this fact and based on reliable information. the police officer has a duty to ensure he is fully versed in the laws he is to enforce. i hope and pray for a wrongfull arrest, could do with the money! Guest SJM
I had a wee incident with a lone copper a few years back, he drove into the field and jumped out and told me I had to get off there immediately. I had a young pup with me and I was doing a bit of training, just basic stuff, sit, recall etc. I told him to get lost and that I wasnt doing anything wrong, so he says he would have to take the dog off me, he was one of those big fat bullying types, you know the ones who were probably picked on their whole lives for being fat, spotty, greasy kids so they join the police as soon as they grow up so they can wreak revenge on the world I picked the dog up in my arms and said if you want my dog you will have to fecking fight me for it and I walked right past him and he never said one word to me, just got in his motor and drove off Quote Link to post
