It’s not always youths Tats,I have a friend who has a paint shop, sells sprays,I sit in there sometimes having a cup of tea and the customers coming in can be anyone from a 12 year old kid with his mum in tow to pay for his paint to a 50+ year old professional,a lot of the customers are in their 30’s and 40’s it’s a strange culture,I never understood it till I mixed with those involved.I know a graffer who specialises in trains who bought a thermal for nocturnal track missions,he has access keys and tracky uniform, there’s always people who take it to the next level.I was in an LA train station earlier this year,a few lads came in mingling with passengers and started tagging everything from one end of the platform to the other no one bothered them.
