I have a decent shaped bulldog shovel buts its 2 heavy,if it was the same shape and half as light :thumbs:

Bulldog , heavy ? :blink: . Someone need's to get to the gym .

do you not know any one who works for a utility firm they are the best fibre glassed shafts and a lovely size for carrying on your back united utilitys do a good one at the moment so do laings all for the cost of a couple of pints

As much as i do need to get to the gym,we use a similar one same size and shape and its half as heavy,its not the weight of the shovel its when you add the soil,makes a difference on the deep digs ,i thought it was common sense.
