How about mines and steel plants closed. People with no sense of identity and community, young girls groomed by Pakistani grooming gangs. Food banks, spice, heroin. Two wages needed just to survive. Starvation sick pay and dole. No protection from dismissal.  Renters spending half their income and more on extortionate rent. Legal no fault evictions. Local hospitals and schools failing. No NHS dentistry. Folk just about knackered before they can collect a pension. Immigration at record level despite brexit. Roads crumbling, public services starved.

Be a great watch. Just about as miserable as Eastenders. Lol..

The reality would be that f***ing no one in that show would be able to afford to live there and that pub would be as dead as slop hare when mchull sees it as everyone would be chuckied up to death with finance for land rovers and the mortgage

I'm always happy when I'm  moaning. This time of year no daylight and pissin down, I'm  happy moaning  all day long.

Theres a rule in our house though.  As soon as Eastenders music is heard, the telly goes off. Drive anybody to the depths of despair that programme. The characters are the most whining feckers of all time.

Mass immigration, high taxation, spending on big pointless projects, clamping down on personal freedoms, promotion of gender bending, policy's that make people dependent on state and debt. 

Labour or Tory....it certainly isn't conservatism nor patriotic.  

A party in power that promotes the above while lying about it and another waiting in the wings that makes no secret of the fact you will be getting more of the above.

Bring back Emmerdale farm and the rural communities we once had.

Pretty sure he used to live in Burnley down near Townley. Met him a few times as a youngster years ago, at lunch time in the local pie shop and he was always happy to pay for a meat and tattie for the chat. Struck me as a gent, RIP
