Would help, but not always practical if you got to drive etc😉. No one thing out there will cure it.. myself personally,I changed my mattress and pillows, try and stay active, even when I'm in pain, stretching exercises in a hot bath seem to of helped me👍

Need hot and cold in succession mate. But you can’t beat a fat injection of diazepam in ya thigh, if I’m honest

In terms of routine basic back maintenance we can all do more with simple exercises, posture and building a stronger core but unfortunately its the kind of thing most people dont pay any attention to u

I put my back out yesterday again. Thing is I know what makes it a risk, I know how to stop not being a risk, but I go in a cycle because of work and other things! When I am eating well and exerc

I should have added . I wouldn't swim in the sea if I lived in Blackpool.  I'd rather keep the bad back 😁.

Bingo lol

I swam in the shit of northerners on a regular basis…. Made me the woman I am today

How the feck did it take them 4yrs mate..

because it’s the public health here and they thought I’d pulled a muscle, I am young, strong and sexy lol. I had to demand a fecking MRI and then well. I got a few lowered eyes in the follow ups.

And being northern…. I thanked them lmao

Go to any Spanish Hopistal with Sciatica and there will be your answer lol

They call it a calmante.

Basically means to calm something you have. Not necessarily the person but the problem.

My back is agony no matter if I'm in a thin phase or a fat phase.

The full list is.

Arthritis

Osteoarthritis

5 bulging discs

1 collapsed disc

Major sciatica on the left

Minor sciatica on the right

It's fecked for plenty of reason

Too fat sometimes , lifting weights that are stupidly heavy ( I used to be able to lift the back of most cars to get axle stands underneath) , working as a mechanic for years( and lifting engines in and out on my own) , working as a lorry driver for years , and a knife straight through my leg.

Whenever I walk , I have to remind myself to stand straight,  and not to limp , because as soon as I start limping , it all falls out of line , and I lose feeling in both feet , and I can't walk for weeks. Sometimes it pops , and I can't stand upright for a couple of months .

That's some list mate 😵💫

The last time that I had a really bad episode with my back , I was given gabapentin and Co codamol . I lost about 6 weeks . I'm not one for getting stoned and I really didn't enjoy the experience.

Several things that I do remember,  are the amazingly beautiful colours of the goldfish , that were living in my toilet bowl , and being able to understand what the birds were saying , as I sat outside the caravan in my woodland.  My Mrs reckons that I was listening to them for 4 hours before I snapped back to reality.

My back was still agony , I just didn't care 😁.
